Adapter plate fits larger cutout for 942xs perfectly. Only problem is the screws or bolts included to mount the upgraded 943xsv has a large screw head which prevents the trim piece to fit flush. Had to go to Home Depot and purchase smaller flat head bolts to allow trim piece to fit.
