Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from authorized fulfillment locations using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, at our discretion. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.


Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the lower 48 states (Continental United States).

  • Estimated transit time: 1–6 business days

  • Includes most oversized items and antennas up to eight (8) feet in length

  • Excludes items marked as special order, freight only, or otherwise excluded at checkout

Free shipping charges are non-refundable, including delays caused by the carrier.

Returned orders are subject to outbound and return shipping costs as outlined in our Returns Policy.


Two Day Shipping Promotion – $24.95

Need your order fast? Select our Two Day Shipping Promotion for a flat rate of $24.95 per order.

  • Delivery within two (2) business days

  • Valid within the lower 48 states (Continental US)

  • Transit time excludes weekends and holidays

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • Freight-only and special-order items

  • Oversized or heavy products including antennas, bow thrusters, radomes, array radars, life rafts, marine sanitation equipment, satellites, winches, and windlasses

  • Orders exceeding 40 lbs

This service is non-refundable, including instances where the carrier fails to deliver within the estimated timeframe.

Returned orders are subject to shipping costs as outlined in our Returns Policy.


Truck Freight Shipping

We offer FREE Truck Freight Shipping on select oversized items shipped within the lower 48 states (Continental United States). Eligible items will be clearly identified on the product page.

  • Applies to commercial addresses or freight terminals only

  • Residential delivery may incur additional fees

  • Liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment delivery, or other special handling may result in additional charges

  • Transit times vary by carrier and destination

Freight Orders – Final Sale

Truck freight items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery

  • Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing

  • Concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Failure to inspect and report damage within these timeframes may void eligibility for a claim, replacement, or refund

Freight shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Shipments

Reporting Deadline

Customers must report missing, misdelivered, damaged, or incorrect shipments within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan or the expected delivery date (whichever is later). Claims submitted after this window may be denied.

Investigation Period

Once reported, shipments may be subject to a carrier investigation. Investigations typically take 7–14 business days, but may take longer depending on the carrier and destination.

Customers must cooperate with reasonable requests, which may include:

  • Verification of shipping address

  • Photos or written statements

  • Carrier delivery confirmation or trace documentation

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates a shipment was marked Delivered but not received, customers agree to:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

  2. Check the delivery location, nearby areas, neighbors, or building management

  3. Contact the carrier to initiate a delivery trace

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, replacement or refund may be denied.

Advance Replacement (Optional)

At our discretion, we may offer an advance replacement prior to investigation completion.

  • Advance replacements may require a temporary, refundable authorization or charge equal to the replacement item(s)

  • The temporary charge will be refunded if the carrier confirms the original shipment was lost or misdelivered

  • If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, the temporary charge may become final

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated while an order is under investigation, replacement or refund processing may be paused. Shipment and investigation documentation may be submitted to the payment provider for review.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly so delivery issues can be resolved efficiently.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and recover losses where permitted by law.


Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny claims, report suspected fraud to law enforcement, and seek recovery of losses, costs, and fees where permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, false non-delivery claims, misuse of replacement requests, or chargeback abuse.


Shipping Disclaimer

Delivery dates are not guaranteed for any shipping method except Next Day Shipping, where explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier operational delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Mechanical or logistical failures

Carrier delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
