I’m still waiting for my UC95OBF-1 hydraulic cylinder. 29 days ago you guys sent it but didn’t get delivered to me ups sent it back to you guys now I have to pay extra for shipping it back but it wasn’t my fault.
Blaisdell, We understand your frustration but have no control over the shipping process once the product is on its way. UPS attempted delivery three times and was unable to deliver because there are multiple dwellings at the address with no indication of which to deliver it to. Shipping from the east coast to the Hawaiian islands takes some time as does the return trip to the warehouse. Our terms and conditions are clear about the cost of return shipping and shipping product a second time. You were send an amended invoice and still have not paid that invoice to have product shipped back out so we are unable to send it again. You were also offered a refund per our terms and conditions amd elected to have us resend. As of right now we can not do anything until you complete the invoice payment.
Bottom Line Discount Marine had an awesome price and shipped it in an outstanding amount of time. The unit works great, will be a game changer!
