My old connector was a seven pin connector. This one has six, but a placeholder exists on it to contain a 7th. Am not at lake yet to test out. Any thoughts on this?

Excellent upgrade
I added the gs25 to my setup to allow my radar to overlay my chart. It was well worth the money not only to allow for the overlay, but also to keep my heading and chart from spinning when drifting or at slow speeds.
